The contractual terms applicable to all our professional API services.

Article 1 - Legal information

These Terms of Sale are offered by:

Article 2 - Purpose

These Terms define the contractual conditions applicable to any subscription, use and billing of the Sogudo API services - an expert in mobile network coverage data, signal-propagation modelling and vector tile delivery.

Article 3 - Service description

Sogudo Pro provides:

  • Tiles API: vector tiles (MVT) streaming operator coverage for any bounding box, in 3G / 4G / 5G, with monthly dataset updates.
  • Query API: score-at-address endpoint returning signal quality per operator and technology at any GPS coordinate or address.
  • API key management and usage monitoring.
  • Custom coverage studies and mapping projects (on request).

Article 4 - Commercial offerings

Sogudo offers two API plans, both scoped on quote:

  • Pro: tailored for product teams. API access, monthly updates, email support, SLA. Price based on volume and countries selected.
  • Enterprise: for operators, tower companies, regulators and integrators. Includes antenna-level data, multi-layer QoS maps, custom coverage studies, dedicated support and a guaranteed SLA.

Article 5 - Order and billing

  • Plans are subject to a personalised quote, formalised in a signed contract.
  • Billing is monthly or annual, as agreed in the contract.
  • Prices are stated in euros excluding tax. Applicable VAT is added to invoices.
  • Payment due within 30 days (bank transfer, direct debit or card).
  • Late payment incurs statutory late penalties plus a fixed €40 collection fee (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

Article 6 - Term and termination

  • Subscriptions are entered into for an initial term of one (1) month or one (1) year, automatically renewable, as agreed in the contract.
  • Either party may terminate with thirty (30) days' notice before the renewal date.
  • Sogudo reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access in the event of unpaid invoices, abusive use, or use that does not comply with these Terms.

Article 7 - Conditions of use

  • Use of the API is strictly limited to the customer's internal needs and agreed use case.
  • Any unauthorised resale, distribution, sharing or mass extraction is prohibited.
  • API credentials are personal, secured and must not be publicly shared or committed to version control.

Article 8 - Service availability

Sogudo will use all reasonable means to ensure service availability. Sogudo cannot be held liable for temporary interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, infrastructure outages or force majeure events.

Article 9 - Intellectual property

  • The propagation models, algorithms, technologies and databases developed by Sogudo remain the exclusive property of SAS YDATA.
  • The customer is granted only a non-exclusive, limited and non-transferable right of use over the API results provided under the active plan.

Article 10 - Data and confidentiality

  • Data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR.
  • Sogudo commits to collecting only the data strictly necessary to provide the service.
  • The customer has rights of access, rectification and deletion of their data.

Article 11 - Liability

  • Sogudo provides its services based on models and measurements, without absolute guarantee of accuracy.
  • Sogudo's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the contractual period in progress.

Article 12 - Force majeure

In the event of an occurrence beyond Sogudo's control (natural disaster, cyberattack, widespread infrastructure outage, etc.), Sogudo cannot be held liable.

Article 13 - Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance shall be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SAS YDATA, Paris.
